Day 4- This is my first weekend on the diet and I am kind of nervous. So far I only had to deal with breakfast time. I had a fruit salad made of half a banana, a few strawberries, grapes and blue berries. This was Landon's idea!! At least he knows what to do..LOL.
For lunch I had two eggs scrambled and an english muffin with a little bit of butter and peanut butter. I then went to Emma and Isaac's birthday party and didn't make good choices :( I had a few slices of something really good but I don't know the name and then a piece of cake.
To offset my bad choices I am going to have a light dinner.
I have always found that leftovers from a healthy dinner helps on the weekends. Add some fresh fruit or yougurt to keep satisfied. Only thing keep the leftover dinner portion level with a lunch portion. For lunch try to balance more protein than carbs. So if you have any bread or pastas with the leftovers dinners try to seperate them and maybe put a half of cup of them with the rest of the leftovers. You need carbs its just how you balance them and always have a protein with them:) Trust me it gets easier and your are doing sooo fantastic!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Steph! I actually scrambled two eggs and had an english muffin with a little butter and peanut butter.
DeleteThe bad choices where not as bacd as you think :) It was deli slices wrapped in spinach and tomatoes wraps... Considering the size and portion, you did GREAT!
