DAY 13-
So I didn't post yesterday. I fell off the wagon HARD!!! I am really struggling on the weekends as well as trying to find an excercise routine that I enjoy. I love walking with others, but I can't count on someone everyday.
I am still committed to do this though. I have gotten back on the wagon today and I am going to forget about yesterday. I am also going to continue to search for a source of exercise that excites me. I can't wait to find it!!!

BTW - text me/message me when you can - it's about my schedule - it's not looking promising...
Be strong... Have you tried those exercise shows on TV - sort of like Aerobics, it's a start and your house will be fine - you are so silly!

Sounds like even though you fell down- you are still doing awesome!!!!! Anytime you want to walk or if you want to join a gym and we can set up work out times together I am around!!! I need to exercise more also. Your doing awesome and keep up the awesome work:)
ReplyDeleteThanks Steph! I would love to meet up. In fact, I plan on walking tomorrow at around 6:15 at the BLVD School here in Bristol if you are interested. Four laps around the track is 1 mile! My aunt might be joining me but I don't know for sure yet.
